Once I got my 8 samples, I hopped on a video call with the wonderful folks at Stitched. It was super helpful, and the team is just awesome. I managed to get my measurements and put in my order in just a couple of days, unlike other places where you end up waiting weeks for someone to come by. It was a breeze. The curtains showed up, and they are absolutely stunning—just what I was looking for and crafted to such a high quality. I’ll surely be going with Stitched for my next room!

I placed my order for curtains on November 15, 2022, and here we are on January 31, 2023, with no clue when they'll arrive. The customer service is just awful. After reaching out three times for an update, I finally got a response saying there was a problem with the fabric and they needed to reorder it. I've sent another three emails since then asking for news, but not a single reply has come my way. The phone line just sends you straight to voicemail, so there's no way to talk to anyone directly, which is super frustrating. Fingers crossed I hear back soon and that my curtains show up before too long.

I'm really into this company! The materials are just beautiful - I had a hard time choosing from the samples. The whole process was super simple, and their customer support is top-notch. Any inquiries I made got quick responses. I’ll surely come back when I need curtains for a different space!

I’d definitely suggest giving Stitched a try - they’re a small yet powerful team.

Honestly, this company feels like a total scam. Their customer service is fantastic until you actually make a purchase, then it’s like you’re hitting your head against a wall. I ordered some curtains and a pole, expecting a wait of 4-6 weeks, but here I am, 18 weeks later. The curtains showed up 10 days ago, but they sent the wrong pole and fixtures. I’m still waiting, and I’m not holding my breath based on the vague responses I’m getting. There are constant delays, terrible customer support, and it seems like they have no clue what’s happening. I’d suggest going with Hillary’s instead - we won’t be dealing with Stitched again, and I really hope you don’t fall for their fancy website and social media hype.

I can't recommend Stitched enough. The guidance was fantastic, and I felt super confident making my purchase. Our curtains showed up ahead of schedule, and the quality of the fabric and the final product is just top-notch. I'm definitely heading back to Stitched for more, and I'll be telling everyone I know about them!

What an incredible service STITCHED provides! From the get-go, I was chatting live with Cordelia (who promised me she wasn't a bot ☺) and then had a video call with Tania, who really saved me since I was definitely measuring things wrong, haha! Awesome service, and I've told everyone about you - PLUS, you were way cheaper than those other big retailers for the exact same item! Overall, I'm super THRILLED with how everything turned out! Seriously, everyone should give you guys a shot!

I’m absolutely thrilled with the curtains and blinds I got for my living room. I really can't agree with the recent reviews I've seen, so I figured I'd share my own experience! The customer support team at Stitched truly went the extra mile - they were super helpful for someone like me who's new to curtains. There was a bit of a hold-up with the fabric I picked, which is pretty normal these days given all the challenges out there, but they kept me in the loop the whole time.

Now, I've got a beautiful pair of blackout curtains in my bedroom that I'm really happy with, and I would definitely shop at Stitched again!

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order and didn’t hear anything for five weeks. After that, I spent another two weeks trying to get in touch, only to receive vague messages like 'It’ll be with you next week.' My order still hasn’t shown up, and I’ve got no updates at all. Customer service is a complete joke. This company heavily promotes itself on social media but delivers absolutely NOTHING!

UPDATE 15 Aug 2022 - I finally got my order, but they sent me the wrong item. It was shorter than what I ordered, and the chain wasn’t brass; it was chrome instead. Not that I’m surprised, honestly… Now I’m trying to get a refund.

We ordered three eyelet curtains. At first, we were really pleased since they were supposed to fit a different eyelet size.

After waiting for what felt like ages, they finally arrived. Unfortunately, while the curtains seem to be of high quality, they didn’t match the specified measurements we agreed on.

Getting them corrected took nearly two whole months, with a lot of back and forth. It felt like we just weren’t a priority.

In the end, the issue was resolved, but the whole frustrating ordeal means we won’t be purchasing anything else from Stitched, nor would we recommend them to anyone.

These curtains are just fantastic! I got two sets of fully lined cotton weave curtains for my bedroom and living room. They arrived in perfect condition and were all set to hang up. They look stunning, and the lining really helps keep the rooms cozy.

Absolutely adore these stitched blinds! The fabric is top-notch and measuring for them was a breeze. They even included a helpful guide for sizing and some nice samples. We've got a pair in our bedroom and plan to grab some for the hallway as well. On top of that, the customer service is amazing. Definitely recommend!
